5- Web: Provided website development and design services for CSUMB.EDU, including conceptualization of look and feel, site architecture, dynamic elements and overall functionality and navigation at both template and sub-site levels. Developed sub-sites from alpha stage to go-live. Conducted cross-browser testing and made related adjustments. Assisted in building and maintaining style sheets, protocols and workflow within an enterprise-wide CMS. Conducted weekly and on-call training and assistance for campus users of CMS. Served as CMS system administrator, managing user accounts, workgroups and workflows. Scanned, optimized and maintained photos and other visual assets for web, print and multimedia use. Managed front-end design and information for online stores and e-commerce, administered online surveys and conducted web-related focus group research. Advised and assisted management on the development of overall web and social media policies, procedures and standards.

6- General: Maintained professional skills and knowledge in graphic design, web design, information management and other relevant professional areas. Ensured consistency with the CSUMB brand identity and other visual and editorial concepts and styles developed by the Strategic Communications team. Collaborated with clients, graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, writers, editors, researchers and web/multimedia/video producers. Established highly effective working relationships with others on campus and at other universities and colleges.
